Annie is a Professional Coach currently completing the ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive and Senior Leader Coaching . She brings over 15 years of senior operational leadership experience across Transport, Logistics and FMCG, most recently as Group Operational Excellence Manager.
Her career has centred on leading transformation, developing high-performing teams, and embedding sustainable leadership routines across complex organisations. As part of the Kata School UK Strategy Team, she brings a clear belief to her work: Better thinking can change the world.
